Vital Statistics has birth, marriage and death records from 1892 to the present. For records prior to 1892, contact the provincial archives at (709) 729-3065. - Prince Edward Island (PEI)
Birth records date back to 1840; marriage records back to 1886, and extracts from baptismal records from 1886 to 1919. There are no death records before 1906. - Nova Scotia

Yukon Vital Statistics have very little information on a data base and most searches are done from hard copy. The Vital Statistics Agency has records of birth, marriage, and death occurring in Yukon since 1896 (some events occurring during that time were not registered).
